                                               Abstract
Background The COVID-19-related dermatological findings in children that have been found have been in
the form of chilblain and erythema multiforme. Some children have also presented pediatric multisystem
inflammatory syndrome. Objective Presenting two different dermatologic manifestations of COVID-19 in
children. Cases The first case involved a 4-year-old girl had rashes and itching all over her body for a day
before she went to the hospital. Two days prior, the patient developed a fever. Allergy was denied. It took
four days for the patient to be diagnosed with COVID-19. Second case involved a 4-year-old boy came with
itchiness and redness on the back, chest, upper arms, and upper legs in the shape of "t-shirt" and "shorts".
On the rear 10 days before hospitalization, a tiny lump grew into numerous hives. It expanded and extended
to much of his body within two days. It became redder and exfoliated. It took three days for COVID-19
to be identified. Monocytosis and low eosinophil count were found in both patients. COVID-19 mild and
viral exanthem were identified in both individuals. A total of 10 days were spent in the hospital receiving
identical COVID-19 medicines. Conclusion Cutaneous manifestations associated with COVID-19 infection
in pediatric patients are in various forms. Early identification may assist early diagnosis of COVID-19
infection and early selection of the correct treatment

                                               Abstract
Background Recently, pediatric COVID-19 cases in Indonesia are increasing. As adolescents tend to be
more active and mobile, they are more susceptible to COVID-19 and to spread the virus in their households.
Therefore, adolescents’ knowledge, attitude and behavior towards COVID-19 plays a major role to prevent
the surge of COVID-19 cases. Objective This study aims to determine the level of knowledge, attitude, and
behavior towards COVID-19 among adolescents and the association between those variables. Methods This
cross-sectional study was conducted as a web-based survey from various areas in Indonesia. Questionnaires
asking identity, knowledge, attitude, and behavior towards COVID-19 were distributed to junior and senior
high school students randomly. All responses from respondents aged between 12-18 years old who voluntarily
completed the questionnaires were included in this study. Chi-square test was used to analyze the association.
Results There were 305 participants who filled questionnaires, but 97 participants were excluded. Among
208 participants, 202 had good knowledge (97.1%), 176 had positive attitude (84.6%), and 140 had less
risky behavior (67.3%). There was a non-significant association between good knowledge and less risky
behavior towards COVID-19 (P= 0.973) and non-significant association between positive attitude and less
risky behavior towards COVID-19 (P=0.529). Conclusion This study showed that most of participants had
good knowledge and attitude towards COVID-19. Nevertheless, many of them had risky behavior towards
COVID-19. As the number of COVID-19 cases among children are still fluctuating, more interventions may
be necessary to control the growth of COVID-19 cases.
