Please allow us to warmly welcome you to the 18 Indonesian Congress of Pediatrics
(KONIKA XVIII) that will be held on October 15-19, 2021. This year, the congress
will be organized in the virtual environment, bringing the theme “Anak Sehat, Anak
Indonesia” (Children’s Health is the Greatest Wealth).

As a pediatrician to support children’s health is very important, especially during
the pandemic, we must cooperate to solve our task regarding child mortality due to
COVID-19 and other diseases. Child health services must be optimal according to
best practices while prioritizing health protocols.

We sincerely hope that the knowledge and experiences that will be shared during this
event will contribute to the management of everyday practice for general practitioners
and pediatrician. This will improve doctor’s competence in health services, accordance
with the Indonesian Pediatric Society strategic planning and in line with Sustainable
Development Goals (SDG) 2030.

This event is a result of effort from Indonesian Pediatric Society Working Groups, Task
Forces, Organizing Committee, Pactoconvex as an event organizer, partners, and
other parties.

Let’s fight together to support Indonesian children’s health, to achieve our mission
for the golden generation 2045.
